White Christmas
A White Christmas feels like a Year End bonus - snow adds so much to the Holiday spirit. And it can be so beautiful too - with frosted trees and bright blue skies.
This was on Boxing Day, by the way. As you can see from the first two pictures above it was not as bright on Christmas Day.
Back in 1999 we emigrated from the Netherlands to Canada. Since then, we have always had a White Christmas. Well, that is if I cheat a little bit, as we had a green Christmas in 2006 - but it started to snow on Boxing Day :o)
Snow on Christmas Day 2007:
Fresh snow is falling down as I type this; maybe we will take the kids out for some tobogganing later today!
And remember - just a few more nights’ sleep until the official kick off of Fergus 175, with a downtown New Year’s countdown. Don’t make any alternative plans - this will be fun!
