Welcome to Fergus, a historic town in Ontario Canada. Formerly known as "Little Falls", it is now part of the Township of Centre Wellington, along with Elora and Belwood.

2008 Marks the 175^th. Anniversary of Fergus. The festivities start at December 31, 2007 with a special New Year's Eve celecration downtown Fergus, Ontario.Check out our blog for more information!

Fergus, Centre Wellington

Centre Wellington is a Township within Wellington County. It is a strong growing and vibrant community, proud of its rich heritage, and blessed with incredible natural surroundings such as the Elora Gorge & Conservation Area, Belwood Lake and the Grand River. The Highland Games and Scottish Festival and the Fergus Truck Show, which each attract over 30.000 visitors, really put Fergus on the map. The Elora Racetrack & Slot Machines that opened in 2003 are within a 10 minute drive.
